Based on the popular British series of the same name, this faster-paced American version follows the daily interactions of a group of idiosyncratic office employees at paper company Dunder Mifflin's Scranton branch via a documentary film crew's cameras. Regional manager Michael (Steve Carell) thinks he's the coolest, funniest, best boss ever - which, of course, makes him the uncoolest,...

  • Kath & Kim (Fall)
Sitcom about a mother and daughter in middle class suburbia. SNL veteran Molly Shannon stars.
  • SNL Elections (Midseason)
A Thursday night extension of SNL's Weekend Update that should lighten up the fall election.

ABC's New TV Comedies:

  • The Goode Family (Fall)
A family devoted to good deeds is the newest animated comedy.
  • Scrubs (Fall)
Not new to us, but new to ABC.

CBS's New TV Comedies:

  • Worst Week (Fall)
A man struggles to impress his future in-laws, with comedic results.
  • Project Gary (Fall)
Newly-divorced man deals with children, a demanding ex and beautiful new love interest.

Fox's New Comedies:

  • Do Not Disturb (Fall)
A hot, hip hotel in New York provides the backdrop for the newest work-place comedy.
  • The Cleveland Show (Fall)
An animated show featuring Cleveland Brown, who moves to a small town in Virginia because of a promise made to his high school sweetheart.
  • Class Dismissed (Fall)
An animated show formally known as Sit Down and Shut Up, about high school teachers and their unfortunate students.

Showtime's New Comedies:
